Earth Day 2013 is April 22 this year. While a Monday Earth Day is a bit problematic for family tie-in activities because of school and work schedules, there are plenty of things going on around the
St. Louis and St. Charles areas the weekend of April 20-21 and even the next.
If you don't have access to a printer you can make a Mardi Gras mask using plain paper, radio communications
paper or the flimsy
paper plates. You can make your own design.
There are many factors that will alter the design sketch such as presence of a big tree in the backyard. Also take not of external influential factors such a sunlight, shadows of the house building
falling on the ground and their direction, wind directions and wind speeds, etc You do not have to be very scientific about this but these things are important.
Unfortunately, even children cannot construct a wooden clubhouse by the standards of today. You do need to check with zoning rules and building codes in your community. When you visit those offices
they will want to see your shed building plans.
As you can see, there are several steps involved in construction
a new home. Right up from site preparation to
final inspection. Each of these steps will have one, or sometimes several inspections.
